Optic systems are inherently sensitive and therefore require a high-level service package. Optic systems include a wide range of optic components: lenses, mirrors, prisms, light guides, diffusers, beam splitters and light sources in a variety of wavelengths (including lasers).

Optics is one of Zuk Systems' key strengths. The company specializes in integrated optic system assembly (optics, precision mechanics, motion, control and electronics). Optic systems are assembled in ISO 5 and ISO 6 certified cleanrooms, and in ISO 1 level fume closets.

Zuk Systems experts in multi-axis systems that include mechanical motion components (linear rails, ball-screws, gears, and timing belts transmission), electric motion components (servomotors, steppers with transmission, etc.), and control units (sensors and encoders for linear and circular monitoring).

Zuk Systems specializes in large motion systems tailored to the printing industry, as well as in miniature systems with micron-precision for the semiconductor industry. Testing equipment and procedures are designed for all client systems, and simulate system performance prior to operational use. Operations are executed in accordance with client needs and requirements.

Zuk System's mechanical design is comprised of both precision and industrial mechanics. Precision mechanics includes high-precision mechanical part manufacturing and assembly, especially for optic and precise motion systems. Industrial mechanics includes constructions, splints, sheet metal parts, castings, extrusions and more.

Zuk Systems can handle high-precision requirements and small component assembly (up to single millimeter sizes).

Zuk Systems specializes in pneumatic motion systems, vacuum systems and low-air pressure systems, as well as in designated system testing. The systems are tested for sealing and potential leak sources.

Zuk Systems' expertise includes pneumatic systems that incorporate a wide range of components, such as pistons, valves, electric pneumatic faucets, concentricity, vacuum generators and bellows, with location or pressure sensors, for process control.

The foundations of motion control focus on motor control and feedback methods. Categories include PLC controllers, PAC controllers, PC-based, independent and micro-controllers.

Other key indicators that play a key role in the controller selection are: supported motion type, number of axis, scanning pace and feedback resolution.
