Company Safety and Environmental Policy

  1. 1. The company will carry out procurement and assembly work of electro-optical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems at a high standard and in accordance with laws, standards, and regulations to meet stakeholder and customer requirements as expressed in specifications and other documentation.
  2. 2. All activities in the fields of safety and environment shall include and obligate all company stakeholders, and shall be conducted in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, internal procedures, and approved customer requirements. The company is committed to operating in compliance with laws, regulations, mandatory specifications, and official standards, while continuously improving.
  3. 3. Every employee, position holder, and the company CEO is responsible for safety and environmental aspects within their work.
  4. 4. Performing tasks and requirements in the areas of safety and environment is mandatory for employees and is considered part of their role.
  5. 5. The safety and environmental policy shall be understood and implemented by all company employees at all times.
  6. 6. The company will inform all relevant role holders acting for or on behalf of the company of the principles of its safety and environmental policy. It will support the adoption of this policy by subcontractors and suppliers, encourage and demand improvements in their working methods to align with the company’s standards for environmental management, occupational safety, and health.
  7. 7. The safety and environmental system is open to audits and improvement suggestions from employees, customers, and independent entities (e.g., Standards Institute). The company promotes openness and dialogue with employees and stakeholders, anticipating issues related to process improvement, risks, operational impacts, waste, products, or services – and provides appropriate responses.
  8. 8. The company recognizes environmental and occupational health and safety management as vital priorities, and acknowledges the importance of preserving natural resources like water, land, and air.
  9. 9. The company integrates safety and environmental policy as a critical element in managing all its operational units.
  10. 10. The company will continue to improve its safety and environmental programs and performance, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement and preventing harm to the environment or employee health and safety, while fully complying with all legal requirements.
  11. 11. The company is committed to training, educating, and equipping its employees to manage their activities responsibly regarding safety and environmental impact.
  12. 12.The company will assess environmental impacts and identify, evaluate, and control safety and health risks to reduce them to an acceptable level during regular operations, before initiating new activities, and before ceasing or suspending any of its operations.
  13. 13. The company will provide services that have environmental significance and preventive influence on occupational safety and health.
  14. 14. The company operates its activities with the guiding principle of optimizing energy and material use, utilizing renewable natural resources, and minimizing negative environmental impacts, while ensuring environmental quality, safety, and occupational health.
  15. 15. The company will manage and/or use existing research on environmental and occupational health and safety impacts of raw materials, products, processes, emissions, and waste related to its activities, and the means to mitigate such negative effects.
  16. 16. The company will maintain emergency preparedness programs in collaboration with relevant authorities and local communities where significant hazards exist, recognizing the potential for cross-regional impacts.
  17. 17. The company has contributed, contributes, and will continue to contribute to public policy development and governmental programs, as well as educational initiatives to strengthen environmental awareness and protection and occupational health and safety awareness.
  18. 18. The safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued relevance and alignment with current and future needs, as well as changes in laws, regulations, and responsibilities, and will be updated as needed.
