5.2. Correction and deletion of information
A person who has reviewed information about themselves as stated above, and found that the information is not correct, complete, clear or up-to-date, may be entitled under the Law to request to correct or delete the information by contacting the Company by registered mail in the ways specified in the Regulations, as well as by contacting customer service at: Contact Us. Such a request does not oblige the Company to correct or delete the information according to the request.
5.3. In addition, if the information in the Company’s databases is used for personal contact with you, based on your belonging to a population group, determined by one or more characterizations of people whose names are included in the database (“Commercial Offer Contact“), then you may be entitled under the Law, to request in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from such database. In this case, the Company will delete information it needs only to contact you with commercial offers as stated above. If you submitted your candidacy not for specific vacant positions, but in general, or if you agree that we will contact you if a new position opens in the future, we will hold your personal information (including assessments received about you from external assessment institutes) for longer periods, in order to interest you in a new vacant position or to consider your candidacy for another position.
